SAVE THE DATE/RESERVATION: A signed contract and $500 (or 50% of total balance) non-refundable deposit (personal check preferably or electronic transfer) is required to reserve the date & time with Aimee Makeup Artistry (AMA). Booking process is a first come first serve process. Scheduling a trial doesn’t guarantee Client the date.

However, when a trial date is scheduled (with Paypal/Venmo deposit), your wedding date will be soft-reserved for you. AMA will notify Client if the date is being asked by others. After the trial, let us know your booking decision. Your wedding date will be held for one week maximum after the trial.

FINAL PAYMENT DUE: 2 weeks before the wedding day. Form of payment: as agreed via contract

RATES: subjected to change without notice, except for the booked services via contract

CHANGING DESIRED FINISH-TIME: Note that we are often booked with more than one event a day (especially Sat & Sun) during the season. Changes can be requested but possible only if AMA is still open for the change. Also, AMA is required to be notified at least 30-days prior to day of.

ADDING/SUBTRACTING SERVICES: Adding will be accommodated as long as AMA Stylists/Artists are available, but if client needs to cancel any booked services, AMA would require a 60-days notice via email; if not, Client is fully responsible for the total cost per signed contract.

CANCELATION: If the wedding/event is postponed or cancelled, it is the sole responsibility of the client to notify Aimee by phone at (408) 805-2805 and by written form via email or mail. If the need should arise to cancel, regardless of reasons, 90 days notice is required. If the client is failed to inform in time, the full balance will still be in effect.

EMERGENCY: In case of emergency, under totally unavoidable situation/serious illness, AMA will seek for a replaceable artist/stylist for Client and make it the easiest possible for the appointed artist/stylist to replicate the look base on trial note and information. It’s in our absolute best interest and desire to carry out our commitment to the fullest and make sure we put Client first.

SAFETY: AMA reserves the right to terminate coverage & leave the location of Event if AMA team members experience inappropriate, threatening, hostile behavior from anyone at the working location; or in the event that the safety of the Client or AMA team members are compromised.
